Drylining & Plastering for Healthcare, Education, and Dental Sectors

We also have experience in:

Healthcare

Our team delivers high-quality, durable finishes that meet strict standards for fire safety and acoustics. Whether it’s new builds, refurbishments, or ongoing maintenance, we ensure our solutions create safe, functional spaces that support patient care and staff efficiency.

Dental Sectors

We use high-performance materials like Knauf Soundboard, which not only enhances acoustics by reducing sound transmission but also offers radiation shielding, making it perfect for X-ray rooms. Our solutions meet the specific needs of dental spaces, offering durable, hygienic finishes that support a professional, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s new builds or renovations, we deliver reliable, high-quality results that help create the perfect setting for dental care.

Soundproofing

Soundproof plasterboarding is specially designed to reduce noise transmission between rooms or spaces, making it ideal for environments that require quiet, such as offices, bedrooms, or healthcare facilities. It typically features a denser core or incorporates materials like gypsum and special additives to absorb and block sound more effectively than standard plasterboard (this is “blueboard” or soundblock board). In addition, we use Rockwool insulation, known for its excellent soundproofing properties, to further enhance noise reduction. When installed in walls, ceilings, or floors, soundproof plasterboard combined with Rockwool helps minimize both airborne noise (e.g., voices or music) and impact noise (e.g., footsteps or furniture movements), creating a more comfortable and private environment.

Schools & Education

We’ve successfully completed a range of projects in a secondary school setting. Our work includes renovating classrooms, IT rooms, and public bathrooms, as well as building partitions to create separate rooms using timber and metal frames. We also installed tile and grid ceilings and created music pods to enhance the school’s facilities. With our experienced project management, we coordinated the right trades to ensure smooth execution and successful project completion, delivering high-quality results with no issues along the way.

MF Systems

The Metal Frame system for suspended ceilings offers durability, flexibility, and ease of installation, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of environments. Its robust steel structure ensures long-lasting strength, while its adaptability allows for custom ceiling heights and integration with acoustic or decorative tiles for improved sound quality and aesthetics. The system also enhances fire safety due to its non-combustible metal framework and provides easy access for future maintenance or modifications. Cost-effective and efficient, the MF Metal Frame system is a reliable solution that meets both functional and design needs across various commercial and industrial projects.

Fireproofing

We ensure that our fire safety solutions are thorough and effective, especially when working with steel structures. We use pink plasterboard (Gyproc Thermal Fireline), which is specifically designed for fire resistance, to protect steel from heat damage during a fire. We also provide Celotex insulation, which not only improves energy efficiency but also adds an extra layer of fire protection. We also make sure to seal all joints and cuts with fire tape, creating a continuous barrier to prevent the spread of fire or smoke. This comprehensive approach ensures that your steel structures are not only safe but also comply with the highest fire safety standards, giving you peace of mind that your building is well-protected.
